About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous, conscientious person to be part of our international team here at LAVA!

Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft Office is foundational for the role’s responsibilities, and is required

Experience with architectural modeling software (Rhino3d, Revit, Grasshopper) is a bonus but critical thinking skills outweigh prior exposure to any specific software

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and repair of Windows PCs at a software level

Flexibly responding to IT requests from staff Proactive management of expectations

Audiovisual support for video meetings and voice calls Tracking and maintenance of assigned hardware Warranty management and coordination of technical repair

Ticket monitoring and support Taking part in LAVA events and gatherings

Helping develop better systems! LAVA is a malleable and modern network, if you have a good idea and can argue your case, you can cause real change in your environment

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiarity with Windows systems and error troubleshooting

Flexibility and spontaneity

A drive to solve problems and improve systems

Preferred:

Experience with 3D printing and creation of models

Any niche technical knowledge can be desirable to add to our library of skills!
