Are you passionate about well-designed IT architectures and eager to shape a central SAP S/4 system for Engineering? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be the architect for our global Non-Sales Backend System. You’ll design and deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions that empower our Engineering teams worldwide. Your mission: ensure our SAP landscape is perfectly aligned with business needs – stable, secure, and future-proof.

Your Responsibilities

Design and further develop a flexible, scalable solution architecture (application, integration, and data architecture) for our SAP system in the Engineering area Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and stability are met Guide projects from requirement analysis to go-live – including cost and resource estimation Collaborate closely with project management, service management, and other IT architects Manage external partners and vendors to guarantee quality and IT compliance Act as a “technology ambassador” and driver of innovation in the Engineering backend

What You Bring

Several years of experience in IT architecture, ideally with SAP systems in engineering or manufacturing environments Solid knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies and integration concepts Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationFluent business English, both written and spoken Analytical thinking, structured approach, and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms Team spirit, initiative, and intercultural competence
