IT Application Administrator (f/m/d)

To support our IT Support & Endpoint Engineer team we are searching for a IT Application Administrator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.


WHAT YOU WILL DO



Provide onsite 1st & 2nd level support via Jira Service Management; collaborate across teams and meet SLAs. Install, configure, and maintain printers/scanners; administer IP print servers, queues, and drivers. Administer Active Directory & Group Policy (Gruppenrichtlinien): user/group lifecycle and workstation policies. Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users, groups, licenses, and basic service support. Package, deploy, and patch applications; manage endpoints with Baramundi (or similar) and maintain inventories. Perform first?line network diagnostics (LAN/WAN/VLAN, DNS/DHCP, Wi?Fi, VPN, routing/switching) and coordinate with vendors. Automate & document with PowerShell; analyze root causes, create KB/runbooks in Confluence, and follow ITIL processes.

WHO YOU ARE



3+ years in IT support (1st & 2nd level) using Jira Service Management & Confluence in SLA?driven environments. 1–3 years hands?on with printers/scanners and IP print servers (drivers, queues, server?side config). Strong Active Directory & Group Policy (Gruppenrichtlinien) skills; user/group lifecycle; Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace admin. Solid networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing/switching, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN. Endpoint & software deployment; endpoint management (Baramundi preferred; Intune/SCCM/Jamf a plus). Proficient in PowerShell for automation and reporting. Excellent communication in German & English; team?oriented; working knowledge of ITIL; strong documentation & root?cause analysis.
