Your role in the Wolfpack:

Centralized reception of all user requests via various communication channels Prioritization, categorization, and distribution of incoming user requests Configuration and provision of IT services Documentation of IT services Maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software Participation in the planning and implementation of infrastructure and application projects Requirements analysis in collaboration with specialist departments Ongoing independent training and professional development

What you bring:

Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification Solid knowledge of all MS Office applications Extensive experience with client operating systems and PC/printer/router hardware Strong knowledge of working with ITSM tools Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Basic knowledge of project management Excellent communication skills Excellent spoken and written English and German Team player Hands-on mentality Passion for new technologies Strong quality awareness
