Your mission

Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operation Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software Actively participatein troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup Train our employees in the efficient use of IT resources Maintain and update internal support documentation Manage users and permissions

Your profile

Completed education all degree in the IT fieldor similar experience Experience in troubleshooting and IT support Experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly Optional: Software Deployments Optional: Administration of Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.) High levelof customer orientation and communication skills Fluent in English (Optional: German)

The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
