Apollo Health Ventures is a venture builder and early-stage investor backing innovative biotech companies developing therapies with meaningful patient impact, especially in aging biology and healthy lifespan. Our portfolio includes biotech companies such as Aeovian Pharmaceuticals, Haya Therapeutics, Therini Bio, and we have built companies such as Refoxy Pharma and Booster Therapeutics.

What you’ll do:

Evaluate cutting-edge science and early-stage biotech opportunities developing therapeutics.


Partner closely with our deal team, entrepreneurs, scientists, pharma, and co-investors.


Drive due diligence, market landscaping, portfolio support, and internal investment processes.


Help build transformative companies addressing high-unmet-need indications and healthy aging.


Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in life sciences.


Attend industry conferences, networking events, and scientific forums to build deal flow and maintain market intelligence.

What we’re looking for:

Advanced life sciences training (PhD / MD) or related field. 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, with prior board observer experience required. Excellent preclinical data interpretation; detail-oriented with big-picture judgment also outside previous domain expertise. Solid understanding of drug development (discovery preclinical clinical). Clear, concise communicator in English (written and spoken). Collaborative team player comfortable with hybrid work in a partly remote team; willing to travel ~10%. High motivation, self-starter and ownership mindset.
