Job Summary:

To support our dynamic team, we are seeking a highly organized

Inventory & Procurement Specialist

with experience in electronics and tool management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring the availability and proper handling of electronic components and specialized tools, and managing the procurement process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.#

Responsibilities

Manage and track inventory of electronic components, assemblies, and tools. Source and procure components, tools, and consumables in line with project and production needs. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Oversee tool issuance, return, maintenance, and calibration schedules. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize stock levels. Ensure compliance with ESD safety and proper storage procedures. Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to forecast needs.

Your profile

2+ years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or warehouse management (electronics preferred). Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP). Knowledge of electronic components, sourcing strategies, and tool handling best practices. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of calibration processes is an advantage
