You will support the entire end-to-end recruitment process: from creating and publishing job postings to screening applications and coordinating interviews.
As the central interface between candidates and hiring managers, you ensure a smooth process – focusing on a strong
candidate experience
and internal needs.
You will take ownership, conduct interviews independently, and contribute your assessment directly to the selection process – in close collaboration with our hiring managers.
With your fresh perspective and drive for HR topics, you bring new ideas into ongoing and future projects – creative, data-driven, and hands-on.

YOUR SKILLS
