About this Position

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to join Henkel’s Adhesives for Consumers & Craftsmen Sustainability team, where you will actively contribute to driving the company’s global sustainability agenda. As part of the team, you will engage in diverse projects focusing on circular economy and safety topics, collaborating closely with brand and cross-functional partners to advance impactful initiatives. The role also involves supporting the global social engagement program, conducting market and competitor analyses to uncover emerging trends, and developing compelling sustainability communications for both internal and external audiences. This position is ideal for proactive, analytical, and creative students eager to make a tangible impact and gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability at a global scale.

What you´ll do

Be part of our Sustainability team and drive the sustainability agenda for Adhesives for Consumers & Craftsmen Support in projects around circular economy and safety topics together with brand and cross-functional teams Drive the social engagement program globally Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities Develop impactful sustainability communication efforts for internal and external channels
Support in day-to-day business with research, benchmarking and ad-hoc requests

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully passed min. 2 years of sustainability or business-related studies Already gained first practical experiences through internships Fluent in English language, additional languages are beneficial Organizational talent with strong communication and analytical skills as well as a high level of commitment A team player with a high level of independence, self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality Available as of January 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
