You support the development Department in administrative operations

Take responsibility:

You support the unit manager of the organizational unit in leveraging internal improvements and in organizational development

Keep the overview:

You generate slim working processes and administrate staff resource planning

Organizational talent:

You administrate the internal confluence page

Reliable work:

You define processes to leverage the transparency of projects and decisions

Expand your horizons:

You support in various aspects of project management, including preparing reports and presentations, scheduling project meetings, and tracking action items

Your Profile

Study field:

You are currently studying Business Administration, Innovation Management, Communication, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar

Skills:

You have knowledge of Atlassin Confluence and good MS PowerPoint Skills

Way of working

: You are a solution-oriented person that is able to work independently with great self-initiative

Personality:

You have very good communication skills and you like to work interdisciplinary

Language skills:

You have fluent English skills
