What you´ll do

Support the Global Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Analytics team with their projects and initiatives Take an active role in managing Henkel Global Job Architecture by maintaining its database and ensuring data accuracy Assist in analyzing data, making logical connections and creating visual data representations Work in an agile project set-up, being part of a project conceptualization, testing and implementing Support in communication and change management strategies associated with projects implementations and go-live Be part of a multinational team, working in a dynamic and challenging environment

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully passed first semesters in Business or IT related degree High interest and first hand experience in data analysis Fluency in English both writing and speaking Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools, with excellent Excel proficiency Profound communication skills, growth mindset and high sense of ownership Great team spirit, proactivity, and can-do attitude Availability as of now for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
