What You Will Do

As a

Lead Generation & Market Research Intern

, you will play a

critical role in fueling Off-Grid Europe’s growth

by building detailed, high-quality lead lists for our sales and business development teams. This is a

hands-on role

for a proactive self-starter who

loves research, reaching out, and driving results

.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Researching and identifying prospective leads aligned with defined target markets Building and updating detailed lead lists in Odoo CRM Verifying contact information and qualifying leads based on criteria Supporting outreach efforts with email templates and LinkedIn networking Tracking activity and performance metrics weekly Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine targeting

What We are Looking For

Proactive, results-driven mindset

, you take initiative and own your targets Strong online research skills & data accuracy focus Eagerness to master and work with our CRM tool Odoo to maintain a high-quality, actionable database Clear written and verbal communication in English (German, French a plus) BA/MA in business, marketing, data, sustainability, engineering, or related fields

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools Knowledge of the African market CRM experience (Odoo, or other similar platforms) Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and international development
