Your Job

Hands-On Experience: Dive into real projects with direct responsibility and a chance to leave your mark. You’ll actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our global CRM solution, including change management and consulting for stakeholders worldwide. Your Profile

Confidence, drive, and a proactive, hands-on approach to new challenges Independent and open to fresh ideas, with a willingness to take on responsibility Quick-thinking and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve Empathy and strong interpersonal skills: you know how to put yourself in others’ shoes and build trust Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus An affinity for IT and CRM systems—experience is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
