Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated CRM Marketing Intern to join our team and support the planning and execution of customer retention initiatives. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign management, helping us engage customers across Email, Mobile Push, and In-App channels. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and marketing skills while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across Email, Mobile Push, and In-App channels Assist with customer segmentation and personalization to enhance campaign performance Monitor key CRM metrics and prepare performance reports Help design and run A/B tests to boost engagement and retention Manage and update customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Research CRM trends, best practices, and competitor activitie
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Interest in customer retention and digital marketing Basic knowledge of CRM or email automation tools Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in German and English #LI-LJ1
