Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting market analysis to generate market insights to support the Business Unit and regional marketing and sales teams.

Developing and implementing promotional campaigns on key social media platforms.

Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of actions across the division.

Coordinating activities with external partners (e.g., working with graphic designers to create content for our communication campaigns).

Assisting the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the promotional plan and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the Business Unit .

Being proactive and proposing new ideas and initiatives.

Your profile:

• Scientist student (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Pharmacy / Technologist of Cosmetics and Detergents …) • Prior experience in the cosmetic industry would be a plus

Skills:

• Creativity, independence • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools

Experience analyzing and reporting data

English a must – German would be a plus
