About this Position

LOCTITE Pulse is Henkel Adhesive Technologies' new digital solution portfolio targeting the predictive maintenance market of various industries. This internship will allow you to support the roll-out of new digital solutions with the goal of establishing sustainable growth for this new portfolio.

What you´ll do

Work in an agile innovation unit and benefit from Henkel’s local infrastructure, global organization and valuable exposure to business operations and professional networks Get involved in both strategic and hands-on tasks, from supporting sales and customer-facing activities to co-developing strategic approaches to establish sustainable growth of this new portfolio Support the business development team by building business cases that demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing products Help the customer success team with the handling of customer inquiries, alarm tracking and reporting as well as the achievement of long-term and strong customer relationships Analyze the relevant markets for smart maintenance solutions and evaluate market potential and value propositions Assist with the LOCTITE Pulse marketing campaigns and the customer journey Take ownership and use your initiative to continuously improve internal processes by analyzing challenges, suggesting optimizations, and implementing practical solutions within the team

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related or engineering-related studies Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus Basic understanding of IoT technology and digital services Problem-solving oriented, independent and proactive work style and a good team player Openness to take over various tasks in an agile, start up like environment Receptiveness and willingness to learn, combined with curiosity for innovative solutions and new ways of working Hands-on and growth-mindset mentality Availability for six months as of February

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050 - 2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
