Take a deep dive

into Portfolio Management of CapEx Projects in the areas of Pharma, Biopharma, Chemistry, and Infrastructure. Support us in

creating worldwide standards

for portfolio management and rolling them out across the world.

Active involvement

in portfolio management activities, gaining hands-on experience in our daily work. Discover firsthand the impact that

effective stakeholder

communication can make. Support us in

building dashboards

(e.g. PowerBI) that don’t just display data but drive decisions.

Requirements

Students in fields related to Finance, IT, Business, Project Management, etc Big data sets full of numbers are your favorite challenge Turning PowerPoint presentations into impactful stories – just with more data-driven charts – are your preferred communication style You question your independently created content before sharing it A plus: knowledge of change management (cultural) and project management (experience in any type of project) Excellent command of English (German optional).

What We Offer

Fair compensation (payment of the current minimum wage for internships). 2.5 paid leave days per full month. Full-time internship: 37.5 hours/week (part-time possible upon agreement). Responsibility and valuable practical experience in portfolio management.
