What you´ll do

Support actively on Brand Equity Schwarzkopf projects, such as shaping our corporate and visual identity and developing brand design guidelines Collaborating across the Schwarzkopf fashion week appearance with top-tier creative partners from briefing to final execution and backstage support Take an active part in our ambassador collaborations and connect with the creative masterminds of our industry Be part of a dynamic, multinational team that values creativity and strategic thinking Collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to build a strong professional network Take ownership of tasks and projects that elevate brand perception and engagement Conduct competitive analysis to help shape future brand strategies Support key daily activities such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and managing purchase orders Work in a newly designed office space at an attractive location in Hamburg

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies (e.g., marketing, communication, event management, PR) Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and eager to contribute to global brand-building projects Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus) Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze data effectively Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail An initiative-taking and adaptable team player – open-minded, flexible, and eager to take ownership of tasks Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
