What you´ll do

Assist in identifying long-term innovation opportunities and “white spots” for category growth Support the development of brand-agnostic concepts in collaboration with R&D and future technologies (formulas, packaging) Help analyze consumer insights and market trends to ensure relevance across global regions Contribute to early-stage innovation projects and help prepare handovers to regional teams Participate in cross-functional meetings and support project management tasks Conduct desk research and help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders Learn how to translate consumer needs into future product concepts

What makes you a good fit

Ideally enrolled in a master’s program in business, marketing, innovation or related field First practical experience through internships, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods Fluent in English, other languages are a plus Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills Passion for innovation, sustainability and consumer-centric thinking Availability as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
