Your tasks and responsibilities

Customer Communication Management:

You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in French), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp

Partner Relations Management:

You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)

Sales and Acquisition Management:

You identify and acquire new French summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.

Product Management:

You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)

Your profile

You like working with an ambitious team You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand You are communicative - on the phone as well as via e-mail You work both structured and creative, showing initiative and promoting your own ideas French is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian) is a plus The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program for minimum duration of 3 months Even if you don't yet meet all the profile criteria, don't hesitate to apply if you are willing to develop new skills

Bonus:

You attended a holiday camp - as a child or as a counselor and/or have watched "Nos jours heureux"
