TASKS WITH IMPACT
Creation of training documents and sales folders for all Douglas Brands
Transfer and preparation of relevant training content for the international Douglas Academy Online Training App
Content creation for the internal Douglas Instagram channel wir.sind.do (including posts, videos, stories, and sweepstakes)
Participation in Train the Trainer sessions and in-store employee trainings – with the opportunity to independently take over a training module
Planning, organization, and coordination of international shipments of training products
Contribution to projects related to assortment development and employee motivation (e.g. Store Experience Boxes)
Preparation of briefings and coordination of photo shoots and marketing materials, including collaboration with agencies
Opportunity to participate in a marketing photo shoot
Support in the planning, organization, and participation in international events
YOUR SKILLS
Creative and innovative mindset with a strong affinity for the beauty industry
Confident handling of common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint layouts
Strong team orientation and willingness to perform
High level of motivation and enthusiasm
Very good command of English, written and spoken
You enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects
Proactive thinking and an independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
First practical experience through internships in the sales or training field is an advantage
