What you´ll do

Support the creation of impactful digital upskilling experiences by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal teams, transforming insights into engaging concepts for diverse audiences Refine learning content by improving scripts, speaking notes and messaging to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with learner needs Foster stakeholder alignment by facilitating clear communication and shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle Contribute creative ideas to promotional strategies that enhance program visibility and learner engagement Take ownership of key project components, gaining hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, content development and digital learning innovation

What makes you a good fit

Student who has successfully passed first semesters the field of communication, marketing, digital media, education, engineering or a related discipline Fluent in English language, German is an advantage Affinity for digital tools and innovation Strong interest in customer-facing and stakeholder-oriented work Ability to simplify and structure complex information for diverse audiences Availability as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
