Support back-end operations during the ramp-up phase of the Orizon platform by providing level 1 customer assistance
Manage project roll-outs by creating work schedules for customer success managers and optimizing internal workflows to improve efficiency
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that initial customer requirements are properly captured and addressed
Prepare customized marketing materials such as presentations, banners, and other visual content tailored to customer needs
Join customer calls alongside the business development manager to gain insights into client interactions and contribute to relationship building
Build a professional network in the Long-Term Care (LTC) market by establishing contacts with senior care organizations, nursing associations and caregiving platforms

What makes you a good fit
Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business administration, marketing or related fields
Previous experience in project management is a plus, genuine interest in digital business models and innovation
Fluent in German language, both spoken and written
Basic IT proficiency, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Strong interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to build and maintain relationships with ease
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn in fast-changing environments
Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months
