In a nutshell
The internship gives the right candidate the opportunity to be involved in all daily tasks of the Design Hotels™ Communications team. The position is located in the corporate headquarters in Berlin.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Gather communications information from key internal stakeholders to update the annual internal and external communications calendar with relevant dates and deadlines and coordinate their delivery Learn how to use our email marketing platform, and oversee the staging of B2B newsletters Support with the day-to-day management of the Design Hotels B2B social media activities (@designhotels_inside and LinkedIn); supporting with content gathering, copywriting, and posting Support the Communications Manager with the project management of ad-hoc tasks such as guest list management, invitation briefs, content plans etc. Support with research tasks Develop comprehensive briefing documents for senior leadership on key internal and external events General administrative support of the department


Experience & Mindset
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills) Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards Organizational and prioritization skills Proactive team member who shows initiative Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
