Collect and collate data, conduct checks and aggregate KPIs, according to regulations/standards and internal Henkel policies
Provide feedback and enable data owners on data accuracy, completeness and quality by creating awareness and direction
Define calculation methodologies, ensuring compliance with international accounting, reporting standards and internal strategy
Prepare KPIs to reporting schedules and reports that offer insights to help stakeholders make informed decisions
Work in gremium and engage in advocacy efforts to drive ESG data initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
Provide subject matter expertise for the development of automation and visualization tools
Support transversal projects and duties in the field of data analytics.

Student currently pursuing a bachelor´s or master’s degree in topics related to sustainability and data analysis
Interest and prior exposure to sustainability, reporting frameworks, sustainability accounting and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
Firm knowledge in data alaysis and visualisation
Experience in data and project management
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude with ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
