Your Role




We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Molecular Pharmacology Group within the Discovery Pharmacology department at our company. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and execution of cell-free assay technologies for testing the activity of small molecules in early drug discovery.


You will contribute to the design, optimization, and implementation of biochemical and biophysical assays, supporting the identification and characterization of novel therapeutic candidates. The role is embedded in a collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment, offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities



Support the development and execution of cell-free assays for small molecule activity testing Assist in assay optimization and troubleshooting Analyze and interpret experimental data Document experimental procedures and results Collaborate with scientists across disciplines to ensure high-quality data generation

Who You Are



Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field Strong interest in drug discovery and assay development Basic understanding of biochemical and biophysical assay principles Hands-on experience in a molecular biology or biochemistry lab Experience with plate-based assay formats and readers is a plus Familiarity with data analysis tools and software Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills
