You have just completed your studies and are now looking for an exciting opportunity to start your professional journey in a global company?





The Global Career Starter Program is our 18-month entry-level rotation program that is tailored to you and gives you a successful start to your career. With up to 6 job rotations through different departments, you will gain a variety of insights and take on exciting responsibilities. In addition to working in multinational teams, you will expand your international experience and network through an assignment abroad at one of our global locations. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can accelerate your professional and personal development. That's why we support your development through mentoring, training, and networking activities. At the end of the program, you will be well equipped to start in your target position at MAHLE.

Tasks and what we offer

Individual program design with up to 6 job rotations Challenging tasks with responsibility Collaboration in and with international teams An assignment abroad at one of our locations worldwide Personal support from your mentor, functional supervisor, and talent manager Development journey including mentoring, trainings, and internal initiatives Strong community and network Successful career start with a permanent employment contract in Product Management in the “Powertrain & Charging” business unit and broad development opportunities You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle

What will qualify you

Master’s degree in industrial engineering or technical business administration with above-average grades First practical experience through relevant internships, e.g. in product management, purchasing or strategic consulting (ideally in the automotive industry) International experience through studies abroad or internships High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset, excellent analytical skills including a high affinity for numbers, as well as hands-on mentality Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and persuasiveness paired with a high level of initiative and change mindset English proficiency and ideally another foreign language, e.g. Chinese, Spanish or Slovenian
