We are looking for you as our new

International Product Trainer (m/f/x).

Your tasks:

Responsible for the development and implementation of internal training and customer education programs in close cooperation with marketing, product management as well as the sales organizations in country Budget planning, action planning, execution and evaluation of all internal training and customer education activities Further development of equipment and adaptation of presentation material as well as updating sales training courses Organizing and executing as an instructor for practical courses Providing evaluation reports on customer training programs

Your profile:

Qualified dental technician, studies/training in dentistry or several years of experience as a trainer in the dental or medtech sector. Experience in CADCAM and digital planning Skills in designing digital and on-site training formats Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills Well organized and structured individual with strong results orientation and business acumen Presentation skills and the gift to inspire people Confident in dealing with different customer segments (KOLs, dentists, dental technicians, salespeople) with effective communication and listening skills Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) other languages are a plus Willingness to travel up to 30%
