In this role, you will be responsible for the business success of cross-border GLS integrations (e.g., for parcel label creation) in our partner systems. Partner systems are customer solutions from external companies, including all-in-one solutions for online retailers, supply chain solutions, shipping solutions, shop systems, and marketplaces. In addition, you will help to foster partner management throughout the GLS Group.

What can you expect with us?

Contact person:

holistic support for partners, from assistance with the onboarding process and further development of the partnership for mutual business success to operational questions and technical issues or projects relating to the GLS API connection

Strategic partnerships:

You will work closely with our software partners at all levels and share responsibility for the further development of the partnership

Foster partner management:

we want to take partner management at GLS to a new level by fostering exchange and providing tools and frameworks on group and country level
