Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic

International Marketing Manager Healthcare Segment

- based in Eindhoven (NL) or Troisdorf (GER) -


In close cooperation with the central Healthcare Segment Management and international Healthcare Sales Team, this role is focussed on developing and executing specific marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our innovative Healthcare solutions.

Your role

Develop impactful marketing content for healthcare stakeholders and create new storylines including topics like dementia design, sustainability, mental health, etc. Support the Healthcare sales teams with tools, references, mock-ups, and success stories Closely cooperate with the Healthcare sales team, organise networking events and join meetings with architects and designers to actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies in the field Improve cross-selling approaches and coordinate solution sales concepts across Gerflor subsidiaries and brands Animate and manage social media and web presence (LinkedIn, webpages) Lead market studies, market research and identify market trends Collaborate with architects/designers and animate the internal marketing community

Anforderungsprofil:

University degree in Marketing or Business Administration 3–5 years in marketing / sales roles (Healthcare or Building Materials market) International experience and business fluent English skills (French / other language a plus) A hands-on attitude and strong relational & negotiation skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse countries and organizational structures Willingness to travel (1-3 times per months)
