International Field Marketing Manager Focus North Amerika & DACH

We have exciting tasks for you:

Developing and implementing demand generation strategies and marketing campaigns for North America and DACH in close collaboration with sales and other marketing teams. Ensuring a consistent customer journey across all channels and touchpoints. Monitoring, reporting, and data-driven optimization of key KPIs, as well as budget responsibility and ROI optimization of measures. Coordinating with partners for joint campaigns, activities, and events. Building and maintaining relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and industry associations. Analyzing market and competitive strategies to identify optimization potential. Working closely with sales to develop and optimize sales enablement materials

Your qualifications:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field Proven track record in international field marketing, particularly in demand and lead generation, budget planning, and performance optimization Expertise in cross-channel campaigns (social media, paid media, email, webinars, events) and confident use of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Process-oriented, analytical approach & teamwork are part of your basic skills Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel round off your profile
