International Customer Service/support (m/d/f)
Job Description
We are a Berlin-based menswear retailer specialized in the finest Italian fashion and are looking for a motivated team member to join our international customer service department.
With great passion and attention to detail, we present a curated selection of high-quality, distinctive Neapolitan menswear - from perfectly tailored suits and elegant accessories to modern casual pieces.
Our garments represent class, elegance and quality. In addition, we offer made-to-measure suits, carefully crafted in Italy.
If you are passionate about exclusive menswear, enjoy international communication and have excellent organizational skills, then you are exactly who we are looking for!
Your Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional service to our international customers (via E-Mail, phone and in-store) Supporting the management team in daily operations Organizing and coordinating customer appointments and orders Maintaining customer data and documentation of orders Assisting with orders, returns and customer inquiries Supporting events, fittings and trade fairs
Your Profile:
2 + years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse global customers Passion for fashion, style and Italian craftsmanship Polished manners and a professional appearance Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills and proactive work attitude Confident handling of MS Office Completed vocational training or degree in tourism, fashion or customer support related Valid driver’s license (Class B) is a plus
