PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)Support our sales department internally by writing offers, order confirmations and sales orders Support our existing customers with inquiries about our services and offerings Support the accounting department in the preparation of invoices and preparatory bookkeeping Support the management with reporting

COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESYou enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner You have experience in internal sales and ideally in preparatory accounting You have experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle or accounting programs such as DATEV You enjoy working with customers in a solution-oriented manner You are open-minded, curious and persistent You have a feel for and/or understanding of digital markets/business models You have the motivation to familiarize yourself deeply with topics and become an expert in them

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSFirst startup experience is a bonus * You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
