Your role with us
As part of our sales team, you will provide comprehensive support to our customers and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and sustainable business success.
Your responsibilities at a glance
Comprehensive support for our customers—from consultation and order processing to after-sales service
(established customer base with clear territorial division) Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
Object costing and tracking of ongoing projects
Telephone sales and active acquisition of new customers
Close cooperation with field staff and sales representatives
Independent handling of complaints
Maintenance and updating of customer master data in CRM and ERP systems
Regular reporting to the responsible manager
Occasional business trips and participation in trade fairs and events
Ideally, you will have the following
Commercial or technical background – however it was acquired
Some initial knowledge of the industry is an advantage, but not essential—we will provide you with structured training.
Enjoyment of selling and direct customer contact
Friendly, confident manner—especially on the phone
Confident use of digital tools (MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
Team spirit, initiative, and a structured approach to work
English language skills are desirable
