We are a specialized screw dealer with many years of experience in the field of connection technology. Our focus is on high-quality special screws for mechanical engineering, plant engineering and other branches of industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated office employee (m/f/d) who will competently support our customers and reliably support the sales processes.

Your tasks:

Advice and support for existing and new customers in the field of special screws Creation and tracking of offers, orders and delivery notes Technical clarification and product recommendation in close coordination with the sales force Coordination with warehouse, purchasing and logistics for on-time order processing Master data maintenance in the ERP system (e.g. articles, prices, customer data) Support in complaint processing and quality assurance Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes in internal sales

Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, industry or trade Experience in the sale of technical products – ideally in the field of fasteners or screws Technical understanding and interest in special screws and their applications Very good written and spoken German skills are mandatory Other language skills (e.g. English, French, Polish, Ukrainian or similar) are an advantage Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, etc.) Strong customer orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills Independent, structured and reliable way of working
