About the Role:
As an Internal Recruiter at Cumming Group Europe, you will form part of our wider Internal
Recruitment team across the UK and Europe. You will be an ambassador for Cumming Group, keen to support the businesses recruitment strategy, whilst generating and nurturing successful business growth. As Internal Recruiter, you will identify the business hiring needs and source qualified candidates to meet requirements.
The role of Internal Recruiter Includes the following responsibilities:
General:
Support the businesses Recruitment Strategy.
Developing a knowledge of the business requirement to identify candidates and suitability for each requirement.
Identify and sign off vacancies with Hiring Managers.
Track recruitment data metrics and ensure transparent updates.
Manage resource tools including job boards such as LinkedIn and Xing. Manage relationships with stakeholders.
Being flexible, within reason, in terms of hours of work to suit the needs of the business.
Resource planning - facilitate resource meetings across the business, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed.
Advertising:
Publish current live vacancies across job boards, ensuring that job advertisements have been reviewed
Reviewing and shortlisting applicants that have applied via LinkedIn / Xing.
Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
Interviews / Onboarding:
Ensure all relevant paperwork has been completed and filed ahead of the interview stage, i.e. application form and GDPR legislation.
Create diary invites for interviews ensuring that suitable meeting rooms are booked for in-person interviews.
Conduct interviews with Directors / Line Managers.
Ensure that the recruitment tracker is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
Create and issue offer letters with approval from the Hiring Manager / HR.

Please note that this role will office based.
Qualifications:
Good experience in recruitment, ideally as an in-house recruiter or similar.
Good understanding of the full life cycle / 360 recruitment process.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and negotiate with all levels of seniority. Starting to build relationships both internally and externally.
Good understanding of HR processes.
Ability to travel to other European offices.
Native German and English Speaking (Essential). French, Italian languages beneficial.
