As an intern in the Sales Systems team, you will support a key project focused on structuring process knowledge using the tool ACADIA. You will gain first-hand experience in coordinating cross-functional collaboration within the commercial area and act as a valuable point of contact within the project team.

Your Responsibilities:Support the project team in preparation for the go-live in 2025 Assist in building the process level structure within the ACADIA tool Help document at least five cross-functional processes in the new knowledge base Contribute to the creation of RACI matrices and coordinate with various departments

Your Profile:You communicate openly, actively, and work well in a team You enjoy working in a structured and detail-oriented manner You like to take on tasks independently within your scope * You have English and German language skills (both at C1 level)
