At Marvel Fusion, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in science, united in their mission to deliver innovative clean energy for humanity. As an intern in Project Management, you will gain hands-on experience with industry best practices, and play a key role in driving their adoption across the organization. Your contributions will be integral to advancing Marvel Fusion's Organizational Project Management Maturity and transforming the Project Management Office into a strategic, value-driven function. This is your opportunity to actively shape a cutting-edge environment where project management powers meaningful impact.

Your responsibilities

Leading improvement initiatives Improving project processes, guidance and templates Supporting project reviews and facilitating them Testing and implementing new tools and automations Learning Project focused AI, data analytics and predictive analytics, and bringing them into Marvel Fusion Developing and implementing visual dashboards Providing practical project support to ongoing and new projects at Marvel Fusion Further developing the project management portal and it's service catalog For this position, you will be available for a duration of at least 6 months

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a university in Germany for the duration of the internship Well versed and fast learner in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Knowledge in AI and BI tools such as PowerBI, Copilot/ChatGPT Delivered a project from start to finish in a volunteer, personal, academic or professional setting Work experience in a past internship or industry
