Baobab protects organizations from existing and emerging cyber threats using technology, knowledge, and insurance.

SMEs have never been more exposed to cyber risk. Our mission is to solve this challenge holistically by integrating cyber security with cyber insurance. We are backed by leading private and institutional investors, including Project A and La Famiglia.

Tasks

• Working hand-in-hand with co-founders and senior leadership on various strategic initiatives
• Collaborating closely with software development team in building and evolving our highly innovative software solutions
• Analyzing quantitative customer data to gain actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Driving user research by executing interviews with potential customers
• Creating presentation material for different stakeholders
• Researching competitors and markets

• Excellent academic performance
• Prior work experience through internships in a fast-paced environment such as technology, startup, consulting or similar
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in working with data or coding in Python, React.js, Node.js, or TypeScript is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with potential business customers and other stakeholders
• Excited to work hands-on in a startup environment and learn about cyber insurance and cyber security
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Fluency in English and German
