There’s an opportunity to change this. Over 60 geographies worldwide are rolling out real-time payment rails. Stablecoins are emerging as a regulated interoperability asset with the ability to connect these local rails. Ivy is the connective tissue between these new infrastructure paradigms. We believe this is the chance to fundamentally change the way money moves and create a new foundation for global trade.

Your Mission

Building the team will be one of our core missions in 2026, and in this role you’ll be at the forefront of it. You’ll support our Head of People & Talent, Emily, and our Co-Founders, Ferdinand, Joshua, Simon and Peter, in hiring, onboarding, and retaining the best people for Ivy. Attitude matters more than experience. We’re looking for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, operates with low ego, and cares deeply about delivering great work. You should be organised, reliable, and ready to wear many hats at once. If this sounds like an exciting mission, this one is for you.
