Intern (m/w/d) Corporate Projects & Processes

Your new job includes


As an Intern (m/f/d) in our family-run company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes of the Corporate Projects & Processes team. In particular you willget to know methods and tools for business process management (e.g. SAP Signavio or process mining tools) and contribute to their development and implementation gain comprehensive insights into the work of a central BPM unit with interfaces to the entire organization (e.g. attending workshops for process design or optimization) get to know the centrally controlled project portfolio management and actively participate in maintaining the transparency of the project portfolio be involved in the development of project and process management training courses contribute your own ideas to current projects and independently driving individual project topics
What you should bring along

A degree in economics, ideally in your Master's program Ideally, first practical experience in process-related environment, preferably in the retail sector, in particular experience in project management e.g. through internships or working student activities Very good knowledge of German and English as well as secure knowledge of MS Office JIRA, Miro and SAP Signavio knowledge is an advantage A strong analytical understanding and interest in conceptual issues Pleasure in working in a team and an independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
