Intern (m/f/d) Structural Dynamics Engineer


Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) Structural Analysis Engineer to join us for an internship in structural engineering. Your Tasks


Conduct structural analysis and development of structural concepts for launch vehicle design Create and maintain FE models for dynamic analyses purposes Support structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation Develop and maintain python toolboxes for post processing of test data, forcing functions and coupled load analysis Investigate and develop new techniques for data post processing in terms of vibration analysis Develop and study coupled load analysis methodology and procedures

Your Qualifications

Current student in B.S. or M.S in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with strong focus on Structural Dynamics Engineering Knowledge on Finite Element Modelling associated with static, dynamic and acoustic analysis Basic experience of design CAD Experience in Python or Matlab Preferred experience with structural analysis software, such as NASTRAN (Femap/NX Simcenter) or Ansys Background in modal testing and component testing, such as shock or random vibration test, is a plus Be creative, responsible and with strong sense of proactivity Ability to effectively collaborate on multi-disciplinary topic and with different team Fluent in English reading and writing
