Intern (m/f/x) HR Data Analysis & Power BI Specialist

Your tasks

You will actively support us and translate the complex HR data world into clear, convincing insights and presentation-ready dashboards. From new dashboards - from idea to presentation maturity - you will have the opportunity to work independently and/or under guidance on the solution. They contribute to the optimization of user-friendliness and the graphic preparation of content with suggestions for improvement. In addition, you will accompany the coordination processes of content and the structure of the dashboards with the stakeholders and support the divisional partners in measures to increase data quality. Less complex dashboards should already be able to be developed independently with the respective stakeholders, more complex dashboards under the guidance of internal and external service providers Advanced users can perform ad-hoc analyses of our HR data on request.

Your profile

Mandatory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's program, gap year or current Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study (enrollment required) with above-average performance results Ideal: first experience in a consulting environment, agile projects, UX Affinity for general management tasks, working in a project environment, for the topic of digital transformation in learning, data analysis Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), practical use of AI technologies (ChatGPT), online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom Very good written and spoken English skills Very good analytical skills and strong communication skills
