Research, data analysis, concept development and support the implementation in the area of global talent management, e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment Design, development and support the implementation of training, guidelines and supporting materials for employees, the HR community and managers Management of internal digital platforms, including Sharepoint Be part of the team and have fun

Your Profile

Advanced studies in the fields of economics, psychology, communication sciences or similar Properly enrolled during the entire internship or gap year Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies Analytical strength, high level of motivation and high learning ability Accuracy and precision Good communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at high hierarchical levels Very good command of English (written & verbal)
