Gain first experience in HR Business Partnering, supporting strategic and operational HR topics
Support and collaborate with teams across all three global brand units: NIVEA, Eucerin, and Hansaplast
Provide support in various HR processes, including talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement tools such as Glint
Coordinate and manage an internal employee recognition and bonus program
Assist in the planning and execution of change management projects
Co-organize and contribute to the content development of employee and leadership upskilling workshops
Work with diverse HR data sets to support analysis and reporting
Prepare and design presentations to communicate various topics effectively – and present them independently to different stakeholders
Create and manage People Announcements to communicate internal personnel changes and milestones
Your Profile

Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies (psychology, business, economics, social sciences or a related field)
Strong communicator who loves to connect with people
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
Well-organized with a structured and detail-oriented approach
Passion for state-of-the-art HR work, interests or experiences in New Work topics would be a plus
Pro-active, open-minded team player with an international mindset and “hands on“ mentality
Sense of responsibility, independent and structured way of working
Previous experiences with internships or working student positions
Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Fluent in English (written and spoken), ensuring seamless communication in a global team environment
