You will be responsible for
Contribute to daily development work in the area of Engineering Solutions/Package/DMU
(e.g. system installation checks, ergonomic studies, package requirement drawing preparation, etc.)
Support (virtual) benchmarking of competitor vehicles and package requirements definition for HMG vehicles
Development/programming of databases, analysis tools, scripts for process optimization, etc.
Support the Project Management teams (reporting, project tracking, status presentations, etc.)
Research activities
Documentation and presentation of project & development results
Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)
Who we are looking for
Pre-Degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
Solid experience using CATIA V5 (especially Assembly Design)
Experience in overall vehicle design & concepts, packaging and digital mockup (DMU)
Programming skills (e.g. VBA, Python, Java) are desirable
Passion for innovative technologies with an overview of the relevant market trends
Excellent analytical skills as well as a problem solving mentality
A very good command of English, intercultural & communication skills
Proficient in presenting, reporting and handling Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
* Valid European driving license B
