To support our E-Mail Marketing team, we are currently searching for a highly motivated Intern E-Mail Marketing (f/m/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with several teams (CRM, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.). Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages. Help optimize the Newsletters and the event-driven Mailings. Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects. Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers Familiarized with the company´s current and potential customers. Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (Customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, Transactional mails, Triggered Emails). ###

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field Team player mentality, reliability and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus Good communication skill with proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner Good organizational & management skills with ability to work in Cross-Functional teams Analytical and strategic mindset with knowledge of MS Office and Email Marketing tools ###
