To support our E-Mail Marketing team we are searching for an Intern E-Mail Marketing (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHO YOU ARE

Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field Team player mentality, reliable, independent and detail-oriented Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus Good communication skills, proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and management skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams Knowledge of MS Office is a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Work closely with several teams (CRM, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.) Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs Help optimize the newsletters and the event-driven mailings Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers Familiarized with the company’s current and potential customers Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, transactional mails, triggered e-mails)
