Your Tasks:




Supporting the Customer Service Market Managers to assess feedbacks from European markets and address issues towards the responsible Product-/Business-Owner for action. Supporting the Launch Management Team to introduce new aftersales systems and vehicle models in the European markets Preparation and organization of regular meetings and communications, supporting the communication model with the European markets, including the creation of PPT presentations. Analysis of customer service data to assess market performance and potential improvement measures Supporting the maintenance of the Customer Services Information Platform, by identifying relevant topics and ensuring a seamless flow of communication, including preparation of internal newsletters Supporting the development of solutions in a dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets as well as applying best practices coming from own experience and market competitors



Qualifications:





Education


You are currently enrolled in Bachelor/Master course in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar.




Knowledge / Functional Expertise


You are profficient in MS Office suite and have basic PC / Mac operational knowledge You are fluent in English, beneficial to have additional an European language(s)




Key Competencies / Soft Skills


You are a team worker, fast-learner, you are able to work independently and have passion for the Automotive industry.
