Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Creation of tax documents under the regulation of the double taxation treatment and on behalf of our clients
Send tax documents to our clients and monitor its progress
Supports the processing of tax documents in the relevant Back-office system
Archiving
Support in administrative tasks like reconciliation and matching of internal suspense accounts
Support in transferring funds received from tax authorities to clients
Assist in managing replies and deadlines of communication with clients as well as with sub custodians.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

Student of business or a related field
Prior experience in a relevant industry is a plus, but not required
Strong collaborating and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes
Customer oriented and client-focused approach
Fluent in Englisch (German is a plus, but not required)
